Alcove Law can guide you through the process of preparing and signing your will.
Our fixed fee
We usually prepare a straightforward Will for a fixed fee of S$400. This includes:
collecting the necessary information and instructions from you, either through written forms or during a Zoom or telephone call;
preparing a draft will and making the reasonable revisions needed to finalise it; and
supervising the signing and witnessing process during a Zoom appointment.
Some wills may cost more because of the complexity of the circumstances or instructions involved. If this applies to you, we will explain why and confirm the proposed fee in advance. You will be under no obligation to proceed.
How to get started
Complete the registration form below to register as a will client.
After you submit the form, the confirmation page will provide a link to download our Will Preparation Form. You can complete this form while waiting for our email.
We will then email you with instructions on how to make payment and confirm which documents you need to provide. Once you receive that email, you can send us your completed Will Preparation Form together with the requested documents.
Once we have received the required information, documents and payment, we will begin preparing your will.
